"Everything Flows"
Heraclitus
Change is integral in even the firmest of environments. Heraclitus said (DK22B12, quoted in Praeparatio Evangelica, 15.20.2) that “ever-newer waters flow on those who step into the same rivers”. For policy change to be sustainable, it needs to be based on solid, best practice evidence. For it to be implementable, it needs to be sufficiently defined. And to do justice to people’s expectations, it has to be measurable.
At Innowth we focus on reviewing solid evidence to design custom policy and systems change that is implemented in a structured, step-wise manner and delivers against set, measurable indicators. This includes identifying strategic policy direction, breaking it into structured, sequential goals, quantifying impact of change, developing appropriate metrics against each goal and communicating overall change value to partners.
